  • At least one number and one special character
  • Cannot be similar to your username or email

Common passwords (like "password123") will be rejected automatically.

After 5 failed login attempts, your account will be temporarily locked for security. Contact our support team with your registered email to unlock it. You'll need to verify your identity before we can unlock your account.

How often should I change my password?

We recommend changing your password every 90 days:

  • You'll receive reminders starting 7 days before expiration
  • Cannot reuse your last 3 passwords
  • Immediately change if you suspect any unauthorized access

Password changes take effect immediately across all devices.

Where is my password stored?

Your security is our priority:

  • Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard protocols
  • No employee can view your actual password
  • We never store passwords in plain text format

How long does a password reset take?

Password resets are processed immediately. If you don't receive the reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or request another link. For security reasons, only the most recent reset link will work.
